  • Arrival/Departure day: Sunday only
  • Check in: from 4 to 7 pm. Check out: not later than 10 am
  • Flexible dates: send us an mail with your required dates
  • Price: per villa, per week
  • Payment: advance payment at the moment of the booking and the remaining balance 30 days before arrival
  • Refundable Security deposit (mandatory): Euro 800.00 cash to be collected on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay.
  • Extra bed: Euro 100.00 per week (up to 12 persons)
  • Water, cooking gas and electricity: included
  • Heating according to consumption: Euro5.00 per cubic meter
  • Final cleaning to be paid (Euro 130.00); midweek cleaning included
  • Bed linen and bathroom towels: included
  • Pool towels: Euro 2.50 each
  • Baby cot: available on request, no extra cost
  • High Chair: available on request, no extra cost
  • Tourist Tax (mandatory): Euro 1 per person per day
